SiteWorker Rewards
Great work. Something to show for it. Your work. Your reputation. Your rewards. A program that rewards top-rated workers every month.
Rewards is in development. Official rules will be published before launch.

Your rating is already working for you.
Rewards is coming soon. Ratings are here today, and every job you do well counts toward both.
Build your reputation. Earn your spin. Choose what matters.
Rewards runs on the rating you already have: verified client reviews, on every job.
You need at least two verified reviews before your rating counts. Your rating is never spent: rewards are tracked separately, so using a reward never lowers your rating. A strong rating does double duty: it earns rewards, and it keeps you in front of clients.
How Rewards Will Work
- Earn monthly reward credits by hitting four verified weekly quality and reliability milestones in a month. Spots each month depend on program capacity, and how workers are selected is published before each earning period.
- Spin for your reward. A monthly credit unlocks a spin, with an optional Double Up card reveal. Your original reward is always safe.
- Your reward, your choice. Use rewards from a reward catalog, or save toward a goal: dinner, tools, game tickets, concerts, family experiences or training. Saving toward a goal doesn't guarantee that prize will be available.
- Crew rewards. Four verified weekly quality handoffs can unlock a shared crew lunch, booked as a team award.
You earned this. Earned rewards stay with you. Rewards come from your work only: no purchase, payment or extra attempts.
Three Levels
Your time with SiteWorker and your verified rating set your level.
30+ days with SiteWorker and a 4.25★ rating or higher.
90+ days and a 4.50★ rating or higher. Recognition and more reward choices.
180+ days, a 4.75★ rating or higher and selected in a monthly review. Premium experiences when available.
Fair by Design
Safety comes first
Approved absences and hazard or injury reports never reduce your rewards. No reward depends on an injury-free record.
Private rankings
No public leaderboard. Your rating and rewards are yours to see.
Human review
Missing or disputed feedback goes to a SiteWorker reviewer, and you can appeal.
